Stoneshield inc. is a full service
hydrophobic sealant company (we seal glass
and natural stones). Our customers are our
livelihood. We depend on an honest, close
working relationship with our customers.
This helps to ensure they get the protection
they need, backed with our extended Warranty
registration activation program. Every seal
we install, from glass to granite comes with
a written guarantee to cover the life of the
seal, whether it is 3yr or 15yr seal. These
warranties include all free services within
the warranty period.
We have aligned ourselves with many loyal
clients and reputable companies in the NW,
including Holcam Bath & Shower Enclosures,
an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and
many local granite fabricators.
We look forward to serving the needs of
residential and commercial clients for many

ABOUT THE OWNERS, JIM AND KIM
BARATTO
Excellence in Customer Service
The most important part of our business is our initial contact with our
customer. We know that people work during the day and do not always have time to
call and schedule an appointment, with that in mind we answer our phones and
return calls from 6:00 am- 9:00 pm daily 7 days a week. By answering our phones
late in the evening we avoid playing phone tag with the customer, we talk when
it is convenient for them. This gives us time to educate the customer on
sealants and potentially set up an estimate or appointment. After providing our
service we give the customer the tools they need to maintain the surfaces that
we have sealed. The second aspect to customer service is being on time. With
Jim’s 20 years of general contracting experience and Kimberly’s 15 years as a
hairstylist and scheduling multiple clients per day, we have
developed a system of coordinating appointments which have allowed us to
consistently run on time or ahead of schedule. We show respect to our customers
by being punctual, professionally dressed, respectful of their homes by removing
our shoes, using custom drop cloths and using very neat methods of application.
We take interest in each of our clients by
getting to know them, ensuring a sense of trust with us and our cutting edge
products. By getting to know each of our customers and gaining their trust, we
know that in the future they will call us for all of their sealant needs.
Commitment to Community
Stoneshield Inc. feels that it is very important
to give back to the community. We donate sealants and services to local charity
auctions, schools, churches, and foundations. A healthy community becomes a
strong source of support and services. We at Stoneshield Inc. purchase all of
our disposable and office supplies from local businesses. We feel buying locally
we keep our local economy strong and we become part of that strong business
